What is it good for?
One of our most popular treatments, our Hand & Foot Massage is the perfect quick treatment if you?re looking for some pampering and luxury. If you spend a lot of your time on your feet, or perhaps you feel that your hands could do with some attention and relaxation – this is the perfect treatment for you.
What should I expect?
As you lie back with your feet up, your Therapist will firstly gently massage your hands, followed by your feet. As your Therapist uses a gentle massage motion, you?ll soon feel all your tension and tiredness drift away.
What are the benefits?
You?ll find that any tiredness you may have had in either your hands and feet will simply melt away whilst you experience our Hand & Foot Massage – they?ll end up looking smoother, softer and sparkling.
Contra Indications
Some medical conditions can make certain treatments unsafe for you. To avoid disappointment on the day, please let us know before your visit if you or any of your group is suffering from any ailments or conditions and we can offer guidance on how to plan the best day around your circumstances.
In particular, Waterfall Spa recommends guests who suffer from the following conditions not to have this treatment:
- - High Blood Pressure treated with medication
- - High/Low Blood Pressure not treated with medication
- - Malignant Tumour
- - Under the influence of Alcohol or Judgement impairing Drugs
All Waterfall treatments are subject to a completed medical questionnaire on the day of your visit. If you do suffer from any contra indications but feel strongly about having specific treatments then you may be required to bring a GP?s note confirming that it is safe for you to have certain treatments.

Surprisingly relaxing! My friend bought me this treatment along with the day spa pass. I had expected it to be a bit boring, but it was great. A nice short treatment to start the day and it got me in the mood for the rest of the treatments I had booked

I chose this treatment because I wanted to keep the cost of the day down as much as possible, and overall I enjoyed it, although the treatment did not last as long as I expected. Afterward I have to say both my hands and feet felt very relaxed, my therapist was also friendly and down to earth (not snobby like in some spa's I?ve been to). It would have been great if this treatment was about 10 minutes longer, but overall I think for the price it was good value.
