Our Heaven Essence Aromatherapy Massage is the perfect treatment to experience if you?re feeling stressed, worried or anxious – the soothing Aromatherapy Massage oils are specially formulated to induce a calming feeling of relaxation. This treatment is also a great way to help relieve aches and pains that you might be feeling from sitting at a desk at work or standing on your feet all day.
What should I expect?
This is an all over body massage – for which your personal Therapist will use a unique blend of essential massage oils that are specially prepared. Starting with the shoulders and arms, and going all over the body including massaging the legs, back, thighs and neck using your uniquely blended aromatherapy oil – this slow, soothing massage is designed especially to relax and unwind you.

After experiencing this all over body massage, you?ll find it helps to alleviate aches and pains that you may have been feeling, as well as inducing a feeling of all over relaxation and peace. Contra Indications
Some medical conditions can make certain treatments unsafe for you. To avoid disappointment on the day, please let us know before your visit if you or any of your group is suffering from any ailments or conditions and we can offer guidance on how to plan the best day around your circumstances.
In particular, Waterfall Spa recommends guests who suffer from the following conditions not to have this treatment:
- - Chemotherapy or Radiation Therapy Treatments Within Last 6 Months
- - Feeling unwell or Flu Symptoms
- - Hernia or Internal Strains
- - High Blood Pressure treated with medication
- - High/Low Blood Pressure not treated with medication
- - Pregnancy or recently had a baby / breastfeeding
- - Malignant Tumour
- - Reactions to Essential Oils
- - Specific Back problems - under medical supervision
- - Under the influence of Alcohol or Judgement impairing Drugs
- - Lumps, Bumps and Swellings
- - Vertebral Disc Problems
All Waterfall treatments are subject to a completed medical questionnaire on the day of your visit. If you do suffer from any contra indications but feel strongly about having specific treatments then you may be required to bring a GP?s note confirming that it is safe for you to have certain treatments.
