Before getting in the shower I apply a small amount of complete cleansing balm to my face and neck massaging gently to cleanse pores thoroughly, once in the shower a facecloth is best to completely remove the balm. Our body wash is just marvellous to get you started and used every day really keeps my skin clean and soft. I use the enlightening brightening cream to moisturise my face and neck as I think it gives skin a gentle glow and when I've had some sun to my skin I really don't need to use much make up through the day. I prefer to use our maximum conditioning body lotion to moisturise the rest of my body at home, but on holiday I like to use our hydrating body mist. Every couple of weeks I like to use the coconut sugar body scrub just to remove any dry skin and in the summer I like to use more frequently to prepare my legs before hair removal.
DaytimeLike most women I always have hand cream in my handbag, our red poppy cream is wonderful and doesn't leave that greasy feeling that you can sometimes get with hand creams. When I was pregnant, especially in the last term, I really needed to give my feet a squirt of perfect peppermint spritz and at home treat them with a heaven on earth foot soak, perfect peppermint foot scrub and gentle massage with ahhhh that's better foot cream.
EveningA small amount of complete cleansing balm will remove all traces of make up and dirt from they day. Once a week or so I like to use the Instant vitality face mask or delicate rejuvenating face polish just to treat my skin and there's something relaxing (if a little decadent) about a mini pamper at home, I use our calming toner and overnight renewal cream too. If I have the time or have had a stressful day I run a bath with lotus flower soak and apply the mask when I'm in the bath, once the kitchen is tidied and the kids are all in bed. I think hands can give away your age and so if I'm settling down to watch something on tv, then I first of all exfoliate my hands with our hand revival scrub and then apply a hand mask, wrap up my hands in cling film and a warm towel and settle down on the sofa.
