We were punctual and arrived 9 am prompt but they were late opening up - there were no snacks or treats available in either the cosy cafe or lounge area and when I asked about it, the reception said that the internet was incorrect and that snacks were not included in my mini spa treatment (Half day). the toilet seat was hanging off (near the sauna). The lights over the beach area didn\t appear to be working and the shower experience was on cold even if you pressed the hot setting!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed the mini facial - that was excellent and worth another visit for that alone
