One of our most popular packages, “Time to Myself” gives you a day of complete head-to-toe pampering at Waterfall Spa with unlimited use of our fantastic facilities and over 2 whole hours of heavenly treatment time for the ultimate holistic sensory for your mind, body and soul.
Choose any combination of treatments from our extensive menu and enjoy the therapeutic results - whether you want to ease tension in your back and shoulders with a Tension Busting Massage, deeply cleanse and nourish the face with a Deep Hydrating Facial or enjoy silky smooth skin with a Coconut Sugar Body Polish, the choice is entirely yours. The only problem will be which ones not to have!
This package includes a full Day Spa Pass that can be used from 9am to 6pm which entitles you to the following great benefits:

With this package you decide how you want to be pampered during your day with us by selecting your own combination of treatments from our extensive menu (advance booking is required). Please call us on 0845 634 1399 if you need any help in choosing your treatments and we will be happy to offer advice and recommendations based on your personal requirements and what you want to get out of your day with us.
The
Waterfall Journey will make your treatment unlike any other. Therapeutic rituals at the start will help to induce a deep sense of calm and leave your body more responsive to the next stage of the treatment, whilst nurturing treats during and at the end of your journey will add to your treatment experience and overall state of wellbeing.

This package is great because it gives you enough minutes to have a few different treatments with enough time left to make the most o the spa facilities

There were four of us in our party and we all had very similar treatments: a little facial, Heaven essence Aromatherapy massage and the Coconut Sugar Body Polish. We also paid extra and had the Mud Rasul treatment. The highlight of my day was the facial which included a head massage, it was amazing! We also enjoyed using all the Spa facilities, as it was a very quiet day at the Spa we had all the facilities to ourselves!
