An ‘Open Booking’ means that you can purchase your Spa Day packages and treatments now but without choosing a specific date. When you have decided when you would like to visit us, you simply need to contact us on 0845 634 1399 and we'll confirm the booking over the phone based on availability. If the date you request is not available we will be able to provide you with alternative dates.

If you know when you would like to come then we recommend contacting us early as possible to secure your preferred date and to avoid disappointment.

Booking dates can be changed as long as you give us at least 24 hours notice before your original booking date.
