Janaury 20th - Waterfall declared ‘Fabulously Indulgent‘ by The Times
The Times announced recently that their famously hard-to-please undercover Salon Spy had visited Waterfall Spa in Leeds – and came back singing our praises – declaring it as 'fabulously indulgent', with 'ever friendly staff' and 'amazing' treatments.
The undercover critic, who has a reputation of judging spas extremely harshly, visited Waterfall Spa at the end of January and experienced a Deluxe Pedicure, Massage and Facial – as well as enjoying access to all the Spa's extensive facilities.
The Spa was awarded a rare 4.5/5 - and was commended for it's 'super extensive' facilities and soothing treatments.

January 18th - Waterfall Spa nominated as “Day Spa of the Year”
Waterfall Spa is delighted to announce being short-listed as a finalist at the prestigious 2008 Professional Beauty Awards.
We have been named as one of four nominees for the ‘Day Spa of the Year’ award, a real achievement as record numbers of entries from across the country were received this year.Having only just celebrated our 2nd Birthday, the team is delighted to have received the nomination as Pamela Petty, Waterfall Spa's owner and founder, describes: “We are so pleased with the nomination. It is a real testament to our team’s hard work to provide an unforgettable spa experience to all guests.”
Waterfall was recognised for it's outstanding entry which highlighted our wide choice of individually designed treatments all featuring Waterfall's exclusive range of natural, high quality products. This was in addition to our stylish interior design, expert therapists and the personal service we offer to our clients.
The spa industry's leading trade publication, Professional Beauty, presents the awards which reward individuals and groups making a discernable difference to the spa and beauty industry. The Professional Beauty team have also established a brand new judging system, with the overall winner being chosen by a select panel of beauty industry experts.
The Awards themselves will take place on the 3rd of March 2008 at London's ExCel Centre. Hosted by a secret leading TV personality, the glamorous awards are one of the beauty industry's most sought after accolades. Whatever the result, a big thanks goes out to all the hard work put in by everyone connected with Waterfall and especially to our valued guests who have visited us over the last 2 years.
December 5th - Waterfall Backstage at Royal Variety Performance
James Blunt showed that he’s not opposed to a spot of pampering as he joined other VIPs in the Waterfall Spa area of the green room at the Royal Variety Performance in Liverpool, 1st - 2nd December.
Waterfall Spa treated guests including James Blunt, Katherine Jenkins, Dame Kiri te Kanawa and Paul Potts to hand massages and nail treatments following their stage rehearsals.
To top the day off, the stars were handed luxurious goodie bags filled with Waterfall Spa's soon to be launched spa products. Highlighting the spa's personal touch, Al Murray the pub landlord was swiftly furnished with a pint while he enjoyed a hand massage in the pamper area.
