If you are a first time Waterfall visitor or a regular, please do not worry about what to do and when to do it. First and foremost you are here to relax. We do realise that you may have some questions about what to do, so we have prepared this simple etiquette guide to help. It's not a code of conduct or strict in any way, it's a simple helpful guide so you get the most out of your day at the Spa.

What do I wear?
When visiting the Spa you will change into a robe and slippers after arrival. You will be given a dedicated locker in our deluxe changing area, your personal belongings are safely stored and you are free to roam in your extra fluffy white snug robe and slippers.

Can I wear Swimwear?
Most of our clients prefer to bring along some swimwear so they may enjoy our Hydrotherapy pool, Tropicarium and Aromatherapy steam room.

What about my privacy?
Your privacy is paramount to Waterfall Spa. All our staff are trained to be discreet when in the spa, during treatments and when they are not working. Your privacy and confidentiality is guaranteed.

What about Underwear?
During a treatment some women prefer to wear nothing, it's entirely your decision. You will have to remove your bra or top for body treatments.

Our therapists will keep your body draped in towels and only expose each area to be worked upon at any one time. However in wet treatments such as body scrubs and body wraps you will not be draped. Swimsuits are optional in these treatments if you prefer.

How do I choose my treatments?
All treatment hours must be booked prior to your visit to the spa, this enables us to plan your day in advance, maximising your pampering experience. Where possible we also suggest that you specify the treatments you want, to allow us to schedule your day in a way that ensures you have the most relaxing time possible.

If you know what treatments you'd like and have pre-booked them you will be given a timetable of when each one is and when it's time for lunch.

If you have booked your treatment hours but still have to book your treatments you will have a chance on the morning of your arrival to look through our menu and consult with a therapist over which ones are best for you.

Please be aware that some medical conditions mean that certain treatments are not safe to be carried out. So that you're not disappointed on the day please let us know before your visit if you are suffering from any ailment or condition. Click here for further information.

What time should I arrive?
In order to get the most out of your day we recommend you arrive on time or early for your appointment to fully enjoy the facility.

At the start of the day your treatment times and selections will be noted along with your lunch sitting. All your appointments are scheduled to allow you to make the most of Waterfall's facilities and get the most out of your day of pampering.

How to I give Feedback?
During your treatment give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas. If you are too warm or cold, tell the therapist and they will alter the temperature.

Each treatment room has its own individual iPod so you can listen to music you choose.

Is talking permitted?
Don't be afraid to tell your therapist if you would like to talk during your treatment. Most people prefer to drift away into another world and as such our therapists do not instigate conversations during therapy unless you would prefer them to talk. Relax, enjoy and allow our team to do as much for you as they can.

Can I leave tips?
We pride ourselves on excellent service, your satisfaction and happiness is our ultimate goal. Therefore gratuities or tips to your therapist or any other Waterfall member of staff are not required or needed in any way.

How do I pay?
When you arrive at Waterfall Spa we will set up an account for you so that you don't need to worry about carrying cash or cards.

If you would like to purchase some Champagne or some products you can simply charge it to your day account and settle the account when you leave.
